Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till the completion stage..
Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform with constraints of schedules, budgets and resources.
Interact with clients consultants and building contractor to drive the project and to meet customer's expectations.
Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project lift cycle
Ensure performance on project ultimately meets clients expectations in term of quality standards, on-time completion and within cost.
Attend project, site progress and site related technical meetings..
Monitor the productivity and the quality of work at site
Good experience in Facades, Curtain walls.
Requirements:
BS/MS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
5+ years of experience working in related façade, envelope or contract glazing sector.
Proficient with MS Project (or similar) and the ability to understand, interpret and create project schedules.
Proficient with MSOffice suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient with PDF editing software such as Bluebeam or Adobe.
Basic ability with CAD software is a plus.
Able to travel as required.
Able to effectively work in an office environment, production environment and job site as required.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
