We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our projects to successful completion.

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all relevant parties.
• Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities while monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type:

Pay:

• $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Expected hours:

• 40 hours per week
