Key purpose:
The purpose of the role is to formalize and detail the XVA book of work and coordinate its implementation on the Compatible platform over the next 12-18 months. The incumbent would need to engage with Business, Vendor and Technology teams to articulate and drive this book of work. In addition, the successful candidate would need to understand the ecosystem interdependencies to table and co-ordinate priorities (across teams) with input and steer from Business, Platform and Vendor teams. Track, manage and report on progress. Establish necessary governance and frameworks to help track, manage and deliver on scope.
