Project Manager | Construction

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an innovative and client focused organisation where you will manage and deliver a variety of construction projects for a number of clients.

The Role:

• Management, oversight and delivery of assigned projects
• Perform technical discipline tasks including preparation of reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation to ensure cost-effective development of assigned projects
• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Responsible for reporting of project performance using project controls tools
• Effective time management and execution of work within defined timelines
• Manage the overall tender and negotiation process to final contractor appointment
• Develop and enhance client relationships

The Person:

• Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or relevant project management qualification
• Solid understanding of bringing projects from inception through to delivery
• Excellent understanding of budget management, schedule management, risk management and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
  
• Consultancy experience is desirable but not a necessity
