Project Manager

Our client, an exciting and reputable financial services firm are experiencing significant growth and are hiring for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will work collaboratively across the business and manage the successful delivery of a range of projects from inception to closure.

The Role

• Responsible for managing projects across all stages of the project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and planning through to successful closure
• Design and manage project plans, prepare budgets and track the progress
• Responsible for conducting resource planning, identifying risks and issues, and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
• Responsible for relationship management and ensuring the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients
• Lead effective change management and communications initiatives

The Person

• 5+ years of project management experience working in a client facing role
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / Prince2 certification preferred
• Proven experience in managing end to end project delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
• Excellent relationship management experience
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
