One Identity delivers identity security solutions for identity governance, privileged access, and authentication. Our Professional Services team implements solutions, enables customer teams, and ensures structured delivery outcomes.

We are hiring a Project Manager with a growth mindset. This role is ideal for a younger PM who wants to develop in an international vendor environment. You will run customer projects with guidance from senior leaders, learn our delivery playbooks, and gradually take ownership of more complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects end-to-end with structured governance (scope, plan, RAID, changes, reporting)
• Coordinate internal resources and partners to keep delivery on schedule and within budget
• Facilitate project ceremonies and stakeholder alignment meetings, including customer-facing status updates
• Track financials and operational necessities (approvals, forecasting inputs, billing readiness)
• Maintain delivery hygiene: documentation, assumptions, dependencies, and change control
• Escalate risks early and propose pragmatic resolution options

Qualifications

• Initial to solid experience in project coordination or project management in IT, software, or security contexts
• Fluent German and strong communication skills, plus professional English for international collaboration
• Structured working style, reliability, and comfort with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Interest in identity security and willingness to develop into broader responsibilities.
• Certification is a plus (PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL), but not mandatory
