ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, we are seeking someone who is passionate about working on a range of projects that require cross-business input, assisting Business Analysts and other Project Managers to design and deliver mission critical business projects in a fast-paced Telco environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of business and IT projects from initiation through to implementation and business‑as‑usual handover
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities, milestones, risks, and outcomes
  • Own project definition, documentation, governance, and delivery, including management of resources, vendors, and external partners
  • Facilitate key project forums including kick‑offs, working groups, and governance meetings, providing clear reporting and escalation
  • Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, quality controls, and change management processes
  • Provide regular, high‑quality status reporting to stakeholders and governance forums
  • Support and embed project delivery methodology, coaching product owners and delivery stakeholders as required
  • Ensure project objectives and business benefits are achieved in line with the approved business case

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid working environments
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining business cases, benefits tracking and reporting and general status reporting up to executive level
  • Experience working across delivery principles such as requirements gathering, solution design, solution delivery, release and change management
  • Experience working across both business and technology projects of various size
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is advantageous
