How you’ll make an impact
1. You will take over the project documents (contract, technical agreement, Pre-cal, etc.) from sales and review the formal contract in i-workflow system and create the order in SAP and maintenance the relevant information.
2. You will establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically; Responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning and take responsibility of daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments.
3. You will be in charge of change of scope, following company’s process on change management and to coordinate internal supporting function for timing and cost analysis; also to build and maintain customer relationship.
4. You will follow ABB collection process to ensure receive the money on time and to coordinate related resource to complete the payment procedure from customer.
5. You will revenue forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. Revenue KPI responsible and AR forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. NWC(AR) KPI responsible also site visit and maintain customer relationship.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a Master's degree or above.
2. Preferred with Behavioral Skills / Competencies as such ownership and leadership, team build and willing to help others.
3. Good inter-personal skills. Result orientation and with positive attitude.
4. Willing to learn and quick to learn, self-motivator and self-starter with systematic approach to solve problems.
5. Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
