Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Shipping Container (SC) team at Navel Nuclear Laboratory. This role will support SC Subdivision Managers and Engineers in project management and business operations activities. The Project Manager will play a key role in schedule development, resource planning, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support SC Subdivision Managers and Engineers in project planning and execution

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and resource estimates

• Track and report schedule and cost performance

• Prepare project status reports and technical documentation

• Provide project management and business support to the broader Reactor Servicing organization as needed

Qualifications

• Must have active DOE L clearance or DoD secret clearance to be considered.
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Project planning and estimating experience
• Technical writing and reporting skills

Desired:

• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar project management software
• Experience managing engineering projects and developing detailed schedules
• Database development and management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Scale:

• 5-9 years of experience - $120,000-$127,000
• 10+ years of experience - $128,000-$145,000

Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
