Could you be the full-time Project Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside talented, collaborative, and driven teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of high-priority projects by ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (internal and external stakeholders, partner teams, and internal support functions), lead project teams, and ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all levels.

You’ll specifically take care of planning, coordinating, and managing project timelines and budgets, but also fostering team efficiency and mitigating risks or challenges as they arise.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Effectively managing 1-2 projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones

  • Developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring alignment with project strategy

  • Leading and coordinating project teams to drive efficiency and collaboration

  • Engaging with stakeholders for updates, feedback, and risk mitigation

  • Ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards

  • Providing accurate and timely reporting through weekly and monthly updates

  • Conducting steering committee meetings and maintaining regular communication

  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed


All about you

  • Engineering Graduate

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years in project management handling projects End to end

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Power Apps, RPA solutions, Java, Apache, PL/SQL, TOMCAT, ETL tools, and reporting

  • Experience in partner ecosystem management, ensuring compliance with Quality & Service Agreements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies like PMP

  • Experience working in multinational companies and across geographies is preferred
