About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join a seasoned team of Program and Project Managers leading transition and transformation projects across the BNN (Benelux and the Nordics) region.

We are specifically looking for young, ambitious talent who want to grow into a strong project leadership role while working alongside experienced colleagues.

You will support and gradually lead projects focused on technology upgrades and customer transformation initiatives, helping clients stay aligned with cutting-edge technological developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects (infrastructure, cloud, applications, digital transformation, or system migrations)
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (developers, engineers, architects, vendors)
• Monitor progress and report status to management and clients
• Ensure quality standards and governance processes are followed
• Work closely with senior program managers to gain hands-on project leadership experience
• Contribute to continuous improvement and modernization of customer technology environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in IT project management (junior profiles with strong project exposure may also be considered)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Experience working in structured project environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Can do mentality

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in Dutch / English for The Netherlands; and fluency in English / French / Dutch for Belgium
