Guides and coordinates the cross-functional team, establishing milestones, communications, and support for engineering projects related to new business development and design/material changes.
Oversees and manages project progress throughout the entire Product Life Cycle, applying methodologies and controlling schedules.
Manages internal and external supplier relationships to ensure deliverables and project milestones are met within budget.
Collects prototypes and launch documentation and validates customer submissions through the Quality department.
Coordinates prototype activities with Product Engineering, Quality, and Metrology, defining measurements, techniques, and layouts.
Identifies and manages deviations and risks related to quotes, contracts, or project agreements.
Ensures on-time and on-budget product launches, serves as the main interface with the customer, and communicates plan, schedule, or budget variances to Marketing and Management.
Experience in the automotive industry
Customer management experience

Experience in rubber product manufacturing
