We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Thailand. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing media strategies and campaigns for automotive clients in the Thai market. This role involves close collaboration with clients, media partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, while also leading and developing the local team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored media strategies to meet their needs.
- Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies for automotive clients, leveraging local market insights and industry trends. Ensure strategies align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Project Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of media campaigns, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a local team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance data and provide detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Use insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or media planning, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry in Thailand.
- Local Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Thai automotive market, including consumer behavior, media consumption habits, and competitive landscape.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management capabilities, including strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in at least two of the following languages: Chinese, English, or Thai. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and partners.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
