Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Hydropower Engineering (desirable).
Minimum 15–20 years total engineering experience
Minimum 10 years working specifically on dam and hydropower construction projects
Experience supervising contractors and managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience with HSE compliance, quality assurance, and risk management
Preferably has worked with international consultants, EPC contractors, or donor-funded projects
Strong background in dam engineering, hydrology, structural engineering, and geotechnical concepts
Experienced in construction supervision, method statement review, and ITP approval
Skilled in monitoring work progress, schedule management, and resolving technical issues
Demonstrated capability to lead large site teams
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Excellent technical report writing and documentation abilities
