IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for a Project Manager to join our team in Israel.

You’ll be responsible for the following

• Lead electric powertrain development projects through matrix management of multidisciplinary development team.
• Plan, manage and monitor the product development activities from the project initiation stage to full product maturity.
• Communicate proactively with various R&D teams to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Electrical engineering.
• 7+ years of project management experience including the following disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate people.
• Creative with a can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough multi-disciplinary system understanding.
• Team player, quick learner, proactive, and positive attitude.
