FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale.

We just launched FlowX.AI 5.0 with 140+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.

Mission

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery, lasting client relationships, and successful outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle.

This is a client-facing leadership role at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client success.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Lead multi-month, cross-functional projects ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust.
• Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across teams.
• Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Very likely you can be successful if you have

• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects (ideally BPM), preferably in the public sector.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven delivery management skills — able to guide both people and process.
• Agile mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
