Anaqua., Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for their clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, from initiation through deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, provide updates to clients, and manage project documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to contractual agreements.
• Drive adoption of the solution through open communication and transparency.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and report on financial performance.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proven track record of managing scope.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to listen to and lead the implementation team.
• Proven track record of teamwork towards a common goal, creating a positive working atmosphere, and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes for greater efficiency.
• IP knowledge a Plus
• PMP or Scrum Certifications preferred
