The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities on one or more project sites, ensuring execution in line with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The role focuses on coordinating discipline-specific construction activities (e.g., civil, structural, MEP, finishing). The role involves detailed planning, site operations oversight, subcontractor coordination, and general issues resolution to guarantee smooth project progression. The Project Manager ensures project working plan execution, quality control, and progress reporting, while also contributing to logistics, cost tracking, and stakeholder engagement with support of the Project Director and/or Production Director.
