The primary purpose of this position is to define, prepare, lead and execute projects, in line with business needs and project management methods and techniques. Ensure project objectives are met and conduct the conceptual design, development, cost estimation, execution and completion stages. Projects will include the optimization/modification of existing production processes, replacement of obsolete equipment and installation of new safety devices and controls. All project will be executed in accordance with HSE and operations guidelines.
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• 5-7 years of applicable project or process engineering experience, ideally in a paint or chemical factory
• Experience designing and selecting equipment for Class 1 Div 1 environments
• Experience with PTW, MOC and PSM requirements
• Ability to climb stairs wearing steel-toed footwear
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments and inclement weather
• Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment with limited exposure to chemical agents
Base salary range for this role is: $96,000 to $113,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
