Damen Shiprepair Harbour & Voyage brengt onderhoud en reparatie naar het schip, waar het schip ook is. Wij zijn gevestigd in Botlek-Rotterdam en voeren projecten uit over heel de wereld. Je komt terecht in een kleine en flexibele organisatie waar hard wordt gewerkt, maar ook veel wordt gelachen.

The role
Ben jij op zoek naar een boeiende carrière in de maritieme sector? Wil jij een bijdrage leveren aan het voorbereiden en (bege)leiden van omvangrijke scheepsreparaties en ombouwprojecten?
Als Projectmanager houd je je bezig met het monitoren en positief beïnvloeden van de commerciële-, technische- en financieel economische resultaten en het (laten) verzorgen van een correcte interne en externe administratieve afwikkeling. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je goed overweg kan met diverse IT-systemen en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een flexibele instelling.
Key accountabilities
Jouw werkzaamheden zullen uit het volgende bestaan:
Als Projectmanager speel je een centrale rol bij het succesvol leiden en uitvoeren van technische projecten gericht op het repareren en onderhouden van schepen. Je adviseert, plant en coördineert activiteiten binnen je toegewezen projectteam en rapporteert aan de Operations Manager. In jouw rol als Projectmanager draag je bij aan het realiseren van efficiënte en effectieve projecten binnen de scheepsreparatie en onderhoudsbranche.
Skills & experience
HBO werk- en denkniveau;
Afgeronde opleiding Scheepsbouwkunde, Werktuigbouwkunde, Maritieme Techniek of MAROF;
Kennis van arbo-, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften;
Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
