In Australia, weoperatea select, highly skilled, internationally diverse engineering team, providing engineering and design advisory services to Australia's naval programs, and maritime autonomy system development. Our team holdsexpertiseacross naval architecture, marine engineering, systems engineering, integratedlogisticssupport, engineeringconsultingand acquisition program management.

Your New Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and delivery activities for a critical maritime engineering project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.

  • Coordinate work across multidisciplinary and international project teams,maintainingprogress, communication, and alignment.

  • Manage project schedules, risks, and stakeholder engagement to support effective project execution.

  • Support delivery within a Defence project framework, ensuring compliance with ASDEFCON and project governance requirements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively across technical and international teams.

  • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes while managing competing priorities.

  • Well-developed coordination and leadership skills to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

  • Canberra or Newcastle based.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen andhold a baseline security clearance andwilling to obtain and hold a NV-1 or greater security clearance.
