KI has an opening for a Project Manager on our Design & Development team at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI.

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and managing of assigned new product introductions and product line extensions for the Design Department. This role will apply project management skills and techniques to plan and manage all aspects of projects. This includes but is not limited to the identification of resource requirements, leading matrix-based project teams, defining project deliverables, developing appropriate documentation, assessing project progress, reporting project status, ensuring quality of deliverables, and effectively communicating with project teams and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor’s degree in a Project Management, Business, Engineering, or other related field. Project management certification (CAPM or PMP) along with 3-5 years of experience managing medium-large sized projects affecting multiple functional areas preferred.

Dependent on candidate experience, we are open to hiring the role as an Associate Project Manager, Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager.
