As Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience — leading projects that make a real difference for HR teams across the world. You will own customer projects with the Sysarb platform from kickoff to go-live, with full responsibility for project management, customer relationships and quality throughout the entire project phase.
The Project Manager is part of Customer Success and owns the project phase up until go-live, at which point responsibility is handed over to CSM. You will work closely with Sales, Product and Tech to deliver professional, scalable customer projects.
Lead customer projects — both system implementations and advisory engagements such as pay equity analyses, report writing and workshops — serving as the primary customer contact throughout the project phase
Drive project governance with clear plans, milestones and risk management
Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Sales and Customer Success
Contribute to and continuously improve Sysarb's internal processes and ways of working
3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR tech or a similar field — ideally with hands-on knowledge of areas such as job evaluation, bonus and incentive programmes, long-term incentive plans (LTI), pension structures or total rewards
Experience from the private sector is preferred; a background from the public sector is also valued
Structured and self-driven — comfortable keeping projects on track and following up without losing sight of the details
A confident communicator in customer-facing settings, including with senior stakeholders
Curious and growth-oriented — you're eager to learn and continuously develop in your role
Experience with pay equity analysis or salary reviews
Previous work in or with HR, HR tech or SaaS companies
Familiarity with data-driven projects or system configurations
Education in HR or other related field
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Location:Stockholm or Arboga, hybrid model.
