What we expect

• 4+ years of experience managing projects in IT, sales, marketing, communications, or other client-oriented environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A solutions-driven mindset, you anticipate challenges and act before they become problems
• Confidence in leading meetings, managing clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
• A natural ability to motivate, support, and guide people towards shared goals

What will you do

• Plan and lead projects from start to finish, from setting objectives and timelines to delivery and follow-up
• Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Align expectations between clients and internal teams, and keep everyone focused on priorities
• Coordinate designers , developers, and testers to deliver top-quality results
• Track progress, budgets, and timelines while keeping a close eye on quality and scope
• Identify opportunities to add value or improve processes and deliverables
• Maintain clear project documentation and ensure smooth communication across all parties
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliability
