Job Description

Qiscus is an AI-powered omnichannel conversational platform that helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. As real-time communication technology becomes increasingly essential, we aim to ensure that project developmentfrom ideation to completionis delivered efficiently and with outstanding results. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to join our team and drive project success across multiple initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.

  • Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress.

  • Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt to project changes.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes and recommend process improvements.

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ project management experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Jira)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

  • PMP, Agile certification, or an equivalent qualification is a plus.
