As a Project Manager at Ocado Logistics, you will be at the helm of a variety of cutting-edge projects—ranging from MHE and warehouse optimisation to business process transformation. You will be leading projects that grow our network capacity and directly impact operations and customer satisfaction, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll have exposure to the strategic requirements of the business, ensuring your work contributes directly to core goals and business success!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategic Project Planning: Craft detailed plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve logistics goals, while ensuring resource availability for smooth project execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Act as the driving force behind communication, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across all parties involved.
• Risk Management: Stay ahead of potential risks by proactively identifying them, creating mitigation strategies, and resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track.
• Budget & Cost Control: Take full ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimisation, while tracking and analysing project expenses.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: develop and maintain best in class project documentation and reporting to ensure you have continual sight of performance and drive progress in line with project objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Experience in logistics,operations, retail, or 3PL business, with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Problem Solver: A strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Pro active and driven attitude - drive delivery for our business by using initiative, being self-motivated and results-driven, with a flexible approach and strong attention to detail
