What are we looking for
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Project Manager to support the execution of key strategic initiatives at Kusnacht Practice. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across teams and supporting the successful delivery of initiatives from concept to completion. Working in a dynamic and international environment, this role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across the organisation while contributing directly to the company’s strategic development.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff on a variety of internal and external projects, with a strong focus on the company’s strategic priorities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the successful and timely execution of multiple projects
- Maintain an overview of all ongoing projects and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress and adherence to timelines
- Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and alignment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; report progress and escalate risks or issues to management when necessary
- Track and analyse project performance to ensure the successful completion of short- and long-term objectives
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to clear and effective communication related to project activities
You are/have
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Project Management, Strategy, Finance)
- Experience in healthcare and/or luxury hospitality operations is an advantage
- Previous experience with agile project management methodologies and related tools
- As the role will also support digital transformation initiatives, knowledge of or a strong interest in digital and innovation topics is desirable
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
- Proactive and creative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams as well as independently
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English. German is an advantage but not required; additional languages are a plus
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
