Utility Infrastructure –
Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
Social Infrastructure -
Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.
Due to sustained growth and increased workload—particularly within our AMP8 framework agreements—we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background. This is an excellent opportunity to join our integrated project delivery team and lead complex, multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects. You will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of projects—ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and highly organised individual who brings a passion for delivering quality civil engineering projects.
You’ll be an experienced project leader with a strong track record in the water industry, particularly across complex infrastructure and non-infrastructure works.
You’ll have a problem-solving mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the drive to exceed client expectations in everything you do.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
· Degree, HND, or HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role within the water industry
· APM PMQ (or equivalent project management qualification)
· SMSTS (CITB)
· CSCS (Manager Level)
· CDM Awareness
· Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management Desirable Skills and Qualifications
· NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely
· Temporary Works Coordinator certification
· Proficient in MS Project or similar planning tools
· SEATS or Environmental Management training
