We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role requires a
strong leader who can manage complex projects, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive operational excellence. The Senior PM will be responsible for
overseeing the full project lifecycle, mentoring junior project managers, team leads and contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Partner with executive leadership to define project goals, success metrics, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across departments and external partners.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Champion project governance, process improvement, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Develop resource planning tools to ensure the team is not overlapping and has the capability to perform installations on time.
