Job Title: Project Manager
Relevant Experience: 3–5 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Project Manager to lead software delivery engagements within a services environment. The ideal candidate will be strong in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring delivery excellence and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost parameters
Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive issue resolution
Manage multiple projects and enable seamless context switching
Stakeholder Management
Act as primary SPOC for clients and internal stakeholders
Build strong relationships through proactive communication and expectation management
Facilitate governance forums, status reporting, and executive-level updates
Financial & Commercial Management
Monitor project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and margin tracking
Ensure P&L accountability and optimize resource utilization
Identify revenue growth, change requests, and cost control opportunities
Team & Operational Leadership
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and quality standards
Drive performance tracking, productivity improvement, and delivery discipline
Analytics & Decision Support
Leverage data-driven insights for project planning and performance tracking
Analyze delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement
Make structured, analytical decisions under ambiguity
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
High adaptability and ability to manage frequent context switching
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to project financials and P&L management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
