In Australia, weoperatea select, highly skilled, internationally diverse engineering team, providing engineering and design advisory services to Australia's naval programs, and maritime autonomy system development. Our team holdsexpertiseacross naval architecture, marine engineering, systems engineering, integratedlogisticssupport, engineeringconsultingand acquisition program management.

Your New Role and Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and execution, including tracking and reporting on Project Deliverable status

  • Draft Project Reports for Deputy and Project Director review

  • Management and Development of high-profile Project Communications including Ministerial Briefings, Senate Estimates Briefs and Media Comms

  • Drafting formal correspondence in response to contractual issues

  • Project Support including establishing key project meetings, and ensuring the outcomes of the meetings are accurately recorded (to Defence Standard)

  • Management of PO’s including the review of invoicing, ensuring evidence is in accordance with contractual requirements, and recommending any further actions that may be required

  • Supporting Defence procurement through managing the drafting and processing of procurement approval documentation
