Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of projects from start to finish. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, keeps momentum across complex builds, and works closely with site teams, clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects.

This role sits at the centre of project delivery. You’ll coordinate people, decisions and resources across the full project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

What you will be responsible for:

• Own the end to end delivery of construction and fit outs
• manage project programmes and key delivery milestones
• Control project budgets, forecasting and financial performance
• Coordinate sub contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Manage contracts, variations and project documentation
• Identify and resolve delivery risks early
• Work closely with Site teams to drive project progress
• Maintain clear communication with clients & stakeholders
• Deliver clean project close outs, including defects and final accounts

What Great Looks Like:

• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards

• Maintain clear project programmes and adjust early to manage risks
• Control financial performance through accurate forecasting and reporting
• Manage contracts and project documentation accurately
• Provide clear direction to site teams, subcontractors and consultants
• Identify and resolve issues early to maintain delivery momentum
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure projects close out cleanly with defects resolved and accounts finalised

Your experience

• Experience delivering construction or fit-out projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of budgets, programmes and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and contract documentation
• A background in construction, project management or a trade-based discipline
• A proactive approach to identifying risks and solving problems
• A driver’s licence
