What will you be doing ?

As a Project Manager at Izix, you own the end-to-end delivery of our solution for new clients — from the handoff by Sales to the moment we hand the keys to Customer Success. You are the person clients rely on to make things happen: on time, on scope, and without drama.

  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders, including hardware external partners, installation teams, API integrations, and more.
  • Manage corporate client expectations, including hardware deployment, deep integrations (access control, HRMS, ERP), custom policy configuration, and comprehensive training.
  • Lead internal teams and external installers, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the full onboarding project — scoping, planning, execution, go-live — for simultaneous client deployments
  • Run the Sales-to-Delivery handoff: translate deal context into a rigorous project plan validated with the client
  • Coordinate installation and integration partners; make sure hardware, software, and connectivity come together on schedule
  • Configure the Izix platform — access rules, zones, tariffs, user accounts — to match client requirements exactly
  • Test and validate all integrations; bring the right people together when things don't work as expected
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders (client, installers, integrators, legal, finance) throughout each project
  • Deliver training to client admins and end-users
  • Lead hypercare post go-live: monitor adoption, resolve blockers, and prepare a clean handover to the Customer Success Manager (CSM)
  • Collaborate with the CSM on policy advisory for complex corporate clients (the CSM handles the "what", you handle the "how")

Requirements

Experience

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in SaaS, PropTech, B2B software, or IoT
  • Track record of delivering technical implementations with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Exposure to system integrations (APIs, access control, HRMS, or similar) — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand enough to drive the right conversations
  • Experience managing clients at middle-management or senior level

Skills & Mindset

  • Structured and rigorous: you plan properly, track delivery against milestones, and flag risks early
  • Calm under pressure: when things go wrong, you find the path forward without drama
  • Strong communicator: you can simplify complexity for a client exec and go deep with a technician in the same afternoon
  • Autonomous: you don't wait to be told — you identify what needs to happen and make it happen
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a strong plus given our Belgian client base)

Location: Brussels (BE) or Utrecht (NL)
