We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead highimpact, crossfunctional projects that enhance throughput, quality, cost efficiency, safety, and sustainability across our factory paint line operations. This role drives endtoend project delivery, from scoping and businesscase development to engineering coordination, supplier management, scheduling, budgeting, performance validation, and final handover.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver data‑driven improvements to colour consistency, coating adhesion, line reliability, and changeover efficiency.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure all work meets design and contractual standards.
  • Manage cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, CI, and OEM partners.
  • Track project milestones, schedule adherence, and budget performance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reporting.
  • Implement corrective actions when required and ensure strong financial control.
  • Liaise with internal teams, engineers, subcontractors, and external partners to keep projects aligned.
  • Provide clear updates to senior leadership through regular reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise impact.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering manufacturing projects (capex and process) on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Background in industrial coating, paint line operations, or continuous panel finishing (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset- always seeking smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across teams and adjust style to suit different audiences.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to maintain composure and clear judgement under pressure.

Why join us?

  • Our culture – we connect & care about those around us. We nurture teamwork, communities, partnerships and new ways of working, placing the highest importance on the safety and working environment of our people.
  • Our ‘Road to Sustainability 2030’ is our plan to help build a better, sustainable future. We work towards this vision by caring about our social and environmental impacts and developing innovative solutions
  • We have a strong conviction that diversity of thinking helps us to deliver a strong and sustainable performance. It is also essential for us that everyone feels part of the team. In this spirit, we are committed to equal opportunities and zero tolerance towards discrimination
  • Flexibility: For us, hybrid and flexible working is all about trust, and we want you to be able to do your best work (depending on the role).
