Summary Description:
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. This includes defining project scope, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress for stakeholder.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative environment.
Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates to stakeholders and managing expectations.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proven working experience as a project manager in a relevant industry.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, and team-motivating skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Coordinating multiple, simultaneous project activities.
Aligning project objectives with organizational goals.
Adjusting to changing priorities, requirements, or unforeseen challenges.
Building rapport, trust, and managing diverse team dynamics.
Level Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in project-related roles and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software, communication, and certifications.
