Littelfuse is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the Semiconductor Business Unit’s Technical Marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who excels at driving complex initiatives and ensuring the successful launch of new products to market.

This position offers a hybrid work model that allows you to work both from our office in Kaunas City Center and your home office.

About the job

  • Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from planning through market launch

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product marketing/management, project management teams, and corporate marcom

  • Coordinate campaign and promotional activities with distribution partners and media outlets

  • Oversee timelines, resource dependencies, and status communications

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project plans and documentation

  • Generate project reports and dashboards using project management software

  • Ensure high-quality, timely execution of key project milestones

About you

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in project management or a related field

  • Strong proficiency with project management software and reporting tools

  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent organization and documentation skills

  • Experience in the power, protection, or semiconductor industry is an advantage

  • Experience in graphic design is appreciated, but not required

The salary range 3400 EUR gross – 3900 EURgross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
