Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Project Manager.

Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd is the headquarter of Diodes Division, one of the world's leading manufacturers of discrete semiconductors--Diodes, Rectifiers and TVS. We are one of the earliest foreign electronic companies established in Taiwan. We provide you with responsible and ethical leadership and encourage open communication with our employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors and industry groups. We are located in the heart of Xindian District, New Taipei City, where the public transportation and living functions are quite convenient, just 10 minutes walking distance from Qizhang MRT Station and Yulong City Mall.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of global projects spanning multiple regions, functions and time zones, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks, procurement and communications.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may affect project timelines or deliverables.

  • Track project, program and portfolio performance using appropriate KPIs and provide regular status reporting to leadership.

  • Manage resources effectively, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing demands or priorities.

  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and updated throughout the lifecycle.

  • Drive process improvements and actively contribute to project governance best practices.

  • Coach and support other project managers (outside of the PMO) in leading projects.

What you will bring along:

  • PMP Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college. Master’s degree nice to have.

  • 3-5 years of total experience; 2-3 years of Project Management experience, taking a project from conception to delivery,

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

  • Proficiency with enterprise project portfolio management tools (example, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow SPM, Planview).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level reporting, in English and Mandarin

  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Ability to support flexible working hours to accommodate global collaboration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Adaptability in fast-paced or changing environments.

  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capabilities.

  • Self-driven and self-motivated.

  • PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

  • Experience working within a formal PMO environment preferred.

  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives preferred.

  • Experience in a Manufacturing organization preferred.
