Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the Infant Maternal Health team at our Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule.
The Project Manager provides project management for the prioritized workstreams as identified by the Director and Steering Committee. This individual manages a complex portfolio of projects for Infant Maternal Health and Social Determinants of Health within Community Health across the state. They will ensure projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving specific project metrics and deliverables within a specified timeline across multiple regions. This role will work closely with the grants team on multiple statewide grants currently in progress for Infant Maternal Health. This manager develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments. They will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and delivery of end results.
• Requires bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
