About the Role:

• Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and ensure smooth execution across all departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep workflows running efficiently.
• Define KPIs, maintain operational data, generate reports, and monitor performance.
• Use AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

• Someone who gets things done — no task too small or too big.
• Adaptable, fast-learning, and strong at problem-solving.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Great at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Technically oriented with strong self-learning abilities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1- 5 years of experience
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
• Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.
