About Us: EPIC piping is a leading provider of pipe spool fabrication solutions for a variety of industries, including oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our pipe spool fabrication projects and ensure their successful completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing pipe spool fabrication projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, as well as managing resources and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
   • Define project deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
   • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to ensure project requirements are met.
   • Oversee the production and assembly of pipe spools, ensuring adherence to specifications and industry standards.
2. Resource Management:
   • Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
   • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
   • Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
3. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
   • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
   • Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
4. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project.
   • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Financial Management:
   • Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.
   • Prepare and review financial reports and forecasts.
   • Ensure timely billing and collection of payments.
6. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that pipe spools meet or exceed client specifications and industry standards.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in pipe spool fabrication or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, piping systems, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
