Our team, primarily based in Tampere, is looking for a Project Manager to lead projects related to our ES Power Lending product for lending and leasing customers. Your location will be Tampere, and you will work mainly on-site in close collaboration with the team. Your role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Power Lending customer projects from definition to production use. You will act as the primary point of contact for the customer and ensure that the solution supports the customer’s business processes and objectives.
You will lead projects that:
implement and deploy systems supporting financing, leasing, or financial management
translate business requirements into system functionality
involve close collaboration with customers, development teams and other stakeholders.
The role strongly emphasizes project leadership, communication, and business‑driven thinking.
Previous work experience from organizations which are granting or issuing loans is a must-have requirement for this role.
To succeed in this role, you also have:
Strong business expertise in one or more of the following areas:
financial services
leasing or contract‑based financing
financial management, invoicing, or accounting
Previous experience in deploying a new core system into a cloud environment
Proven experience working as a Project Manager in system implementation and go‑live projects
Ability to manage customer projects end‑to‑end, including scope, schedule, communication, and stakeholders
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in Finnish and English
Ability to understand technical concepts at a sufficient level, even if you are not a technical specialist yourself
Previous experience with financial or leasing system implementations
Understanding of contract‑based financing, payment schedules, or invoicing processes
Experience working in customer‑facing roles and managing complex stakeholder environments
