• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
• 5+ years experience in ICT project management, government project is preferred
• IT service certificate holder is a plus (e.g. PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, PRINCE2)
• Experience in Edge Computing, AI, and Data Analytics solution
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in edge computing, AI, and data analytics
• Self-starter, highly motivated, highly organized, goal-oriented and passionate
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Occasional travel to China and other international destinations
• Team player, good presentation skills, and a good sense of responsibility
