As a Project Manager at Oras, you will lead Product, Technology and CAPEX projects across our portfolio of faucets, showers, bathroom ceramics, furniture and wellness solutions. Your mission is clear: deliver complex hardware projects on scope, on schedule and on budget, while continuously improving how we run projects across the organization.
This is a hands‑on role for an experienced project leader who thrives in multi‑disciplinary, multi‑site environments and enjoys working at the intersection of product development, technology and operations.
Your responsibilities:
Manage and lead Product, Technology and CAPEX projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule and budget
Drive continuous improvement of NPI / Stage‑Gate and related project management processes across the organization
Improve:
Reliability of project planning and schedules
Reduction of project delays versus plan
Overall project duration and time‑to‑market, including use of agile development models where applicable
Plan and track project resources (e.g. engineering hours – planned vs. actual)
Monitor project progress, establish early‑warning indicators and escalate risks to the critical path proactive
Report project status and performance to key stakeholders and senior management
Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Technology, Supply Chain and Suppliers
Take on additional projects or initiatives aligned with business priorities as agreed
What we are looking for:
5+ years of experience leading complex hardware projects in an industrial environment
Proven success in reducing time‑to‑market and improving on‑time delivery, ideally in multi‑site projects
Strong knowledge and practical use of modern project management methods and tools, such as: IPMA standards / Stage‑Gate and Agile / PMI / PMBOK / Lean / Six Sigma Enterprise PPM / PM tools / AI‑augmented PMO concepts
Excellent stakeholder leadership, from senior management to shopfloor, with strong facilitation and communication skills in multicultural environments
Natural leadership qualities: a team player who can guide, motivate and align cross‑functional teams
A degree in engineering or business; additional project management certifications are a plus
Fluent English
This role is based in our plant in Olesno, Poland and requires min. 3 days working from this location.
