In this position you will....

effectively manage and deliver tech-related projects within the agreed scope, time and budget. Strategize and coordinate resources with internal and external team using cross-disciplinary approach. Monitor and report the progress, development, and completion to stakeholders and ensure delivery of project within bolttech Asia.

You will be responsible for…

• Delivering Client-focused & bolttech’s Internal projects within applicable scope, time and budget.
• Understand Customer needs and bolttech’s business objectives and establish project scope and goals.
• Formulating Project Charter, Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI) and managing project flag off session with the project team.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation with the help of project sponsor.
• Facilitating discovery sessions for requirement understanding.
• Gathering Acceptance Criteria (deliverables) from each of the departments involved in the project delivery.
• Developing detailed project plans and correct critical path.
• Structuring governance and controls based on the standard framework of bolttech monitor progress based on the plan and take corrective actions when required. Ensure that bolttech’s project standards are implemented
• Leading Project Steering meetings with Client and Internal project team.
• Identifying and prioritizing risks; plan for their mitigation and contingency as required. Manage / escalate in timely manner for any support required.
• Managing changes to the project scope, schedule and budget when necessary.
• Facilitating project tasks with different departments, lines of business, clients and partners; communicating and managing relationship with project stakeholders (internal, team, clients, partners, vendors) and work closely with product owners or managers for the flawless execution of projects.
• Providing status updates and preparing project reports on a regular basis.
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Creating and maintaining project documentation / records as per the defined processes.
• Conducting retro and closing projects.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 6-8 years of working experience in project management
• Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions related to digital/ telco/ retail / insuretech domain.
• Technical development experience or ability to understand and communicate technical information.
• Formal training or certifications in the project mgmt. global standards will be preferred
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Miro and other relevant platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile Project Management and development processes would be an added advantage.
• Must Communicate fluently in English and local language
• Occasional travelling for short periods may be required.
• At high level, able to understand, interpret and communicate business/ tech requirements to stakeholders. Past work experience as BA would be an added advantage
