We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Agentic AI-based process automation in optimizing operations for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. This role will act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring smooth execution, managing local stakeholders, and working closely with delivery team to drive the success of the POC and further business expansion.
Own and drive the successful execution of the Agentic AI POCs / Pilots / Productisations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Define and manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards
Coordinate between technical team and local business stakeholders
Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to senior finance leaders and operations teams.
Identify opportunities to extend the engagement beyond the POC and drive additional AI implementations.
Manage the delivery team, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Monitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Ensure all project activities comply with the clients finance regulations and operational requirements.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Technical Teams to refine the AI-driven workflows.
Validate the impact of AI-driven process optimizations and ensure alignment with business objectives
Plan for the transition from POC to full-scale implementation
10+ years of overall project management experience with decent experience in finance operations, AI (Gen AI, Agentic workflows) , and automation projects
Proven experience managing client engagements and delivering high-impact projects.
A strong understanding of finance operations workflows and digital transformation in financial services is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience working with AI (Gen AI, Agentic workflows), RPA, or automation technologies is a strong plus
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
