We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Hong Kong.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Preparation of project proposals
▪ Project financial management and tracking of project budgets
▪ Managing client and consultant communications
▪ Management of project timelines, staff resources and contracts

QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
▪ Minimum 3 years' work experience with an architectural, development or construction firm
▪ Project experience in South-East Asia is an advantage
▪ Knowledge of LEED
▪ Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is an advantage
▪ Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
▪ Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information at the highest level
▪ Ability to communicate well; including excellent interpersonal skills
▪ Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Affinity or Microsoft Project an advantage
