Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact with clients, translating needs into actionable plans and guiding the team through execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks; oversee scheduling and resource allocation.
• Review designs, set performance goals, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor progress, manage scope changes, and evaluate final outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or related science field.
• Proven experience in project leadership, preferably in electronics or medical tech.
• Familiarity with BOM, cost estimation, and scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
• Understanding of ISO standards (9001, 13485, IATF16949).
• Background in telecom or electro-communications is a plus.
• Fluent in English; detail-focused and patient with repetitive tasks.
