Job Title:ProjectManager

As aProject Manager, this individual will guide complex business integrations from start to finish. With this comes extensive project management skills and familiarity with driving internal and external project team members. The projects aredesigned by transparent project plans, concise technical designs, and constant communication with the entire project team and customer.

Responsibilities

• Project management of technical integrations with our customer’s windows environments and designated Varonis projects covering a broad set of industries.
• Prioritizing project tasks, communicating transparently internally and externally, and driving project teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Some travel may be necessary.

Requirements

Understanding of Internet technology as it relates to:

• Record of accomplishment of delivering successful technology integration projects, especially in Fortune 500 enterprises.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management working within the Information Technology field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter
