Job Description

Main duties:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including editorial, production, technology, graphics, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Align project deliverables with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance with internal project management standards.
• Contribute to building a structured project management culture within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Media Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Prior experience in media, broadcast, digital content, or production environments is highly preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional and fast-paced projects.

Experience working in the GCC region, preferably KSA, is an advantage.
