Core Requirements

• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects while ensuring high-quality, on-time, and budget-conscious delivery.
• Experience managing an internal team of high-performing engineering professionals.
• Ability to oversee and deliver soft deliverables (reports, design documents, etc.).
• Drive for continuous self-improvement and growth into senior management roles.
• Ability to track scope, schedule, and budget, understanding concepts like % complete, revenue forecasting, and accrual accounting.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and hardworking.
• Proven experience in consistent internal project reporting to upper management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Current Covid and Flu Vaccination may be required per client contract requirements.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Familiarity with Building Management Systems/Building Automation Systems (BMS/BAS).
• Understanding of commercial building HVAC infrastructure (chillers, boilers, air handling units, etc.).
• Knowledge of NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart).
• Experience with Energy Project Finance and Funding Methods.
